the Minneapolis/St. Paul market. Participated in defining the Business
Plan, directed the development and integration of the IT Plan and
model, directed the development and deployment of infrastructures
and applications for e-commerce, call center, warehouse, distribution,
financials, and both operational and financial reporting.

South Dakota Governor’s. Office. Led the governor and cabinet in
system design, directed the development and deployment, and
represented the project in Legislative sessions.
